being honest, i didnt really workout last week. i was getting back into the groove of things after vacation and trying to keep my kids occupied that i felt overwhelmed. this week i’ve been doing zumba and have actually been doing some of the quick workouts i found on pinterest. i passed up root beer floats at work today for an apple and skipped my “lunch” break and did laps in the parking lot. i only did a mile but worked up a sweat and now feel smelly.
oh well. i’ll be going to a wedding at the end of july and hope to lose like 10 lbs or anything i guess. my 5 year anniversary is at the end of august and my husband and i are planning a trip— to vegas! hopefully i can be down 15 lbs by then. trying to keep things realistic, hopefully i dont disappoint. i know its possible :)
